IAC Acoustics strengthens team with new appointment

We are pleased to welcome Todd Speechley to the IAC Acoustics team.  Todd joins IAC as Commercial & Business Improvement Manager and will primarily be focused on continuous improvement and efficiencies across the company’s contracts, systems, operations and processes.  In particular Todd brings a wealth of Lean methodologies and experience to support IAC’s continued growth strategies and aspirations, delivered by its 12,000 sq/m production facility and operations team in Sydney.

Todd has an extensive background in operational change management and business improvement over 20+ years across facilities in Australia & Singapore.  Most recently at Thales Australia’s ‘Acoustics Centre for Excellence’ Todd was responsible for the industrialisation into production a world leading sonar sensor system for military applications worldwide.  Todd will be working closely with the Senior Management team at IAC Acoustics and building on the existing foundations of our successful business, helping drive growth and commercial efficiencies.
