Who We Are

IAC Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd are passionate about providing all of our customers with excellent service levels. Our intent is to engage with our customers and other interested parties, to ensure we are able to offer accurate and competitive quotations, accept orders and complete projects that exceed our client’s expectations. We take everybody’s privacy seriously and will only use personal/company data to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

How Will We Use The Information?

Process quotations and orders, manage your account, make payments, personalise the website and submit satisfaction questionnaires where appropriate to the relevant contact. We use a third party online accountancy software package for the processing of sales & works orders, for sales invoices and purchase orders, and for managing creditors and debtors. A limited amount of essential data is stored in this system.

Any data may also be shared with members of our group of companies as necessary to provide you with required service levels, but will not be shared outside the group.

Your data is stored securely on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA)
