Service & Maintenance contracts
HAC offers ongoing service & maintenance packages for our range of acoustic / noise control solutions. Some of the benefits of a service & maintenance package are:
- Call out service, labour costs are free, priority is given to Service & Maintenance contracts
- Annual service and maintenance checks can be included within the contract
- Discounted price for spare parts
- Free telephone help line
- Free software support for ADAS systems
- Discounted prices for acoustic commissioning / recommissioning (Anechoic and Test facilities)
- Extended warranty (up to 5 years) on HAC acoustic doors, acoustic windows, modular enclosures & rooms *
- Peace of mind knowing your high-performing acoustic solution will be maintained to the highest standards
* Extended warranty is offered on the following basis:
- An annual maintenance check is completed each year within 3 months of the anniversary of installation
- The maintenance contract is taken out within 1 year of installation, and is paid for in full annually by the anniversary of the maintenance contract
- Wear & tear on electrical items is excluded
